Easy Beef Lasagna :-After being roasted until browned and bubbly, tender sheets of pasta, a filling made of creamy ricotta cheese, and a rich tomato sauce make up the dish. All of these components are topped with more cheese.

Easy Beef Lasagna

Lasagna Ingredients:

  • Eleven lasagna noodles, uncooked
  •  four cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  • three-quarters of a cup of parmesan cheese, grated and divided.

Tomato Sauce:

  • a half pound of ground beef that is low in fat
  • Italian sausage weighing one-half of a pound
  • onion that has been cut into small pieces
  • garlic cloves that have been minced
  • two cloves of garlic Pesto comprising thirty-six ounces
  • In addition to one teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • two tablespoons of tomato paste are required.

Cheese Mixture:

  • 2 cups of ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg that has been beaten.


Instructions :

  • Put the oven on to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Following the instructions on the package, bring the lasagna noodles to a boil in a big pot that is filled with salted water.
  • Continue cooking the noodles until they reach the al dente stage. To dispose of the liquid, remove it, wash it under cold water, and then set it aside.
  • In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the beef, sausage, onion, and garlic until there is no trace of pink remaining. This should take place over medium-high heat. Eliminate any and all fat.


  • By combining the ingredients together, the spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, half a teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of black pepper should be incorporated into the mixture.

  • A casserole dish or a 9×13 pan should be covered with one cup of the meat sauce, and it should be spread into an even layer.


  • There should be three lasagna noodles placed on top of it. In order to stack the components, use one cup of beef sauce and one third of the ricotta cheese mixture.Repeat the phrase more than twice. To finish off the dish, drizzle the remaining sauce over three noodles until they are covered.

How to Make Lasagna:

1 . Boil pasta:

  • Using the recipe that is provided below, cook in a big pot of salted water.


2 . Prepare meat sauce:

  • Prepare beef and sausage by cooking them with onion and garlic. After draining the pasta thoroughly, add the spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes so that it may thicken.


3 . Combine cheese mixture:

  • In a bowl, combine the cheese mixture by stirring it together.


4 . Layer & bake:

  • In a baking dish, layer the lasagna noodles with the meat sauce and cheese mixture, and bake until the noodles are browned and bubbling.


How to Layer Lasagna:

  • Spread approximately one cup of meat sauce into a pan that measures 9 inches by 13 inches. Place a layer of noodles on top.
  • A portion of the ricotta cheese mixture should be placed on top of the noodles. The layers should be repeated, with the final layer consisting of noodles and sauce.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake. Remove the foil, sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top, and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.


How Long to Bake:

  • Aluminum foil should be used to tightly cover it and layer it in order to keep the moisture within.
  • When the lasagna has finished cooking and has reached the desired temperature, remove the foil, arrange the cheese on top, and place it back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
