– 1 & 1/4 cups (150g) all-purpose flour– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda– 1/4 teaspoon salt– 1 cup (255g) creamy peanut butter– 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened– 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar, plus more for rolling the cookie– 1/2 cup (100g) firmly packed light brown sugar– 1 large egg– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract– 36 chocolate kiss candie
The flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt should all be mixed together with a whisk. Put away.

You can use an electric mixer on medium speed to make the peanut butter, butter, sugar, and brown sugar smooth and light.

Once the pans are ready, put the dough balls on them and slightly flatten the tops. Put two inches of space between each cookie on the pan.

Twelve to fifteen minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown (one pan at a time). Put the rest of the dough in the fridge between batches.

Cool cookies on pans on wire racks for 10 minutes. Gently push a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Cool the cookies on a wire rack after removing them from the pan.
