Monster Cookie Energy Balls are fantastic after-school snacks or afternoon energy boosts. Hearty oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, honey, and m&ms make these energy balls tasty and enjoyable.  

– 2 ½ cups quick oat – 1 cup creamy peanut butter – 1/2 cup honey – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip – 1/2 cup mini m&m'

Mix all items in a bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon or handheld mixer.

Using a hand mixer is simplest for mixing items. Form 1-inch balls and set on a plate or Tupperware.

Serve immediately or chill for 30–60 minutes. I like these cold from the fridge.
