Warm the oven up to 350°F. Place the nuts in a single layer on a dry baking sheet.
Roast the nuts for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them twice to move them around.
Check nuts after roasting to avoid scorching. They finish when aroma berowned but not darkened. You may have a different oven time.
Take the nuts out of the oven and let them cool totally on the pan before you eat them or store them.
