Easter Egg Cheesecake (No Bake) Recipe

– Oreo Crust – 3 cups Oreo cookie crumb – 6 tablespoons butter melted – No Bake Cheesecake Filling – 24 ounces cream cheese softened – 1½ cups powdered sugar – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 1/4 cup sour cream – 8 ounces Cool Whip – 1 cup Mini Cadbury egg – Garnish – 1 cup Mini Cadbury Egg

Melt some shortening or butter and use it to grease the bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring form pan. Put away.

Create the Oreo crust. Make sure the Oreo cookie crumbs are very finely ground before you mix them with the melted butter in a small bowl.

Put a lot of even pressure on the mixture to cover the bottom of the springform pan. It should be frozen for 20 minutes while you make the cheesecake.

Fill the cheesecake without baking it   Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl with an electric hand mixer until the mixture is very smooth and well mixed. It takes at least one minute to mix.

Stir in crushed Mini Cadbury Eggs with a rubber spatula. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top.

Plastic wrap or foil the springform pan and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.

Step 6

Serve Take off the springform pan ring. Add chopped or whole Cadbury eggs to the cheesecake. Slice the cheesecake and serve it cold from the fridge.
