Oreo Cookies Cream Blondie Bars are thick, chewy blondie bars that are soft-baked. The edges are crispy, and the middle is soft. It's full of Oreo cookies and Cookies n' Cream chocolate chunks.
– 2 cups + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour– ½ teaspoon salt– ½ teaspoon baking soda– 1 cup butter melted & slightly cooled– 1 ½ cups brown sugar– 2 large eggs– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract– 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies– 1 cup chopped Hershey Cookies n' Cream candy bars

Warm the oven up to 350°. Spray cooking spray on a 9x13 baking pan or line it with tin foil or parchment paper to get it ready.

Put the flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients and break up any clumps.

Pour melted butter and brown sugar into a handheld blender bowl or stand mixer bowl with the paddle attachment. Beat until light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes.

Beat in 1 egg until combined. Include the second egg and vanilla. Combine by beating.

Slowly add the flour mixture and beat on low speed until combined and no flour pockets remain. Add chopped Oreos and cookies n' cream chocolate.

Spread batter evenly in baking dish. Dropping spoonfuls of it all over the baking dish and spreading them out is easier than spreading them from one pile in the middle.

Sprinkle reserved Oreos and chocolate pieces (if desired) over the bars and press down.
Bake 24-26 minutes.

The middle will be pale and puffy and the edges light golden brown and "wrinkly".

Cut the bars into squares after they cool. They freeze well. I put some in a freezer-safe Ziploc.
