Delicious Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe

For tomato lovers, a burrata platter is like a cheese board or charcuterie tray in the summer.

– 8 ounces burrata cheese – 2-3 large heirloom tomatoe – 1 cup cherry tomatoes – 1/2 cup assorted olive – 1/2 cup pickled pepper – 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced – 1/4 lb salami, ham, prosciutto, or other sliced meat – lettuce or micro-green – fresh herb ITALIAN DRESSING – 1/4 cup olive oil – 2 Tbsp lemon juice – 3 Tbsp red or white wine vinegar – 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning – 1 tsp sugar – good pinch of coarse salt and pepper

Put the pickled peppers next to the olives in a small bowl and place them on one end of your plate.

Put some light greens on the other side of the plate to serve as a base for the tomatoes.

Get your heirloom tomatoes clean and cut them up. Cut small tomatoes in half. Mix your sauce in a bowl and taste it to see if it needs any changes.

Step 4

Place the sliced tomatoes on the plate so that they overlap, and then add the cherry tomatoes on top.

Step 5

Place sliced onions inside and fill in the gaps with sliced or rolled meats. To dress the burrata, cut it open and drizzle it all over. Serve right away.
