Kristen Carli, MS, RD made teriyaki tofu and charred broccoli. A rich, sweet teriyaki sauce enhances the delicate tofu, while charred broccoli adds crunch and smokiness.
Ingredient
– 1 (16 ounce) block super firm tofu, cubed– 12 ounces frozen broccoli floret– 1 tablespoon sesame oil– 2 tablespoons dehydrated ginger– 1 tablespoon minced garlic2 tablespoons cornstarch– 2 tablespoons mirin– 6 tablespoons brown sugar– ½ cup soy sauce
Direction
Heat oven to 400 F.Roast frozen broccoli on a baking pan for 15 minutes.

Add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, mirin, brown sugar, and soy sauce to a small pot.

Put a pot on heat. Boil while whisking.Put diced tofu in a big basin.

Take the broccoli out of the oven and add it to the bowl with the tofu.

Add the teriyaki sauce to the veggies and tofu at the end.Mix everything together.

This mixture should be poured onto a baking pan.Followed by serving, bake for twenty minutes.
