Small Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

There are six soft cookies in this small batch of chocolate chip cookies. They're simple to make and don't need to be chilled. 

Ingredient

– ¼ cup Unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled – ¼ cup Brown sugar packed light or dark – 3 tablespoon White granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 1 Large egg room temperature – ¾ cup Plus 1 ½ Tablespoons All-purpose flour – ¼ teaspoon Baking powder – ¼ teaspoon Baking soda – ¾ teaspoon Salt If you want less salt use ½ teaspoon. – ¾ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips plus more for topping the cookie

Warm the oven up to 350°F. Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet.Place the butter in the microwave and melt it. After 10 minutes, let it cool down.

To make the mixture, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a mixing basin. Vanilla and egg should be added. Combine until it is completely smooth.

Salt, baking powder, and baking soda should all be added. Fold the dough together with a rubber spatula until it's just barely mixed. Mix chocolate chips into the dough.

Use a big cookie scoop. I used an ice cream scoop to make these. Put six balls of cookie dough on the baking sheet.

Bake 13-15 minutes. Edges of cookies will be golden brown. Add more chocolate chips. Cool the cookies on the heated pan for 4 minutes before transferring to a rack.
