Simple Recipe for Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Cinnamon Roll Casserole is simple to make! Biscuits with cinnamon, sugar, and butter. A simple breakfast casserole with cinnamon roll bites.   

– 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 3 tablespoons butter, melted – Vanilla Glaze – 1 cup powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons butter, melted – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1-2 tablespoons milk

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside. After cutting each biscuit (8 in tube) in half, split each half into 3 pieces.

Each biscuit should include 6 tiny bits. Repeat with remaining biscuits. Mix biscuit pieces in a bowl.

Stir brown sugar and ground cinnamon into the biscuits until coated. Sugar mixture at the bowl's bottom is fine.

Step 3

Put coated biscuits in the baking dish. You can sprinkle or discard the remaining sugar mixture on the biscuits. Make sure the biscuit pieces are in a single layer and not overlapping.

Step 4

Evenly coat biscuits with melted butter. Bake biscuits 20–23 minutes.

Step 5

Mix the vanilla glaze ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth while the casserole cools. Pour over cinnamon roll casserole.

Step 6

Pour the glaze into a Ziploc bag, cut a small corner, and sprinkle it over the dish for a lovely presentation.
