Salty Chocolate Chunk Blondies have dark chocolate chunks and coarse salt. A tasty sweet-salty treat!
INGREDIENT
– 1 cup whole wheat flour– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder– 1/2 teaspoon salt– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened– 1 cup packed light brown sugar– 1 large egg– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunk– coarse salt, to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. An 8-inch square baking pan should be greased. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together using a whisk. Put aside for later.

Combine the butter and brown sugar and beat until fluffy. After adding the egg and vanilla, thoroughly combine the ingredients.

Mix the flour mixture in a gradual manner until it is completely incorporated. Add the chocolate chunks and stir.

Cover the prepared pan with an even layer of batter. Salt that is coarse should be sprinkled over the batter.
Step 4
A pick that is inserted in the centre should come out clean after being baked for 22 to 25 minutes, or until the edges have browned.

Wait until the pan has completely cooled before cutting it into bars.
