Salted Tahini Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Salty Tahini Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies—healthier but yummy. These cookies are delicious and healthful. Oats, almond flour, tahini, and maple syrup make up the base. Each bite is soft and chewy in the middle but crisp on the edges. Very good and easy. Nobody can resist these salty-sweet tahini oatmeal cookies.
Ingredient
– 1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats– 1 cup almond flour– 1 teaspoon baking soda– 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt– 1/2 cup melted coconut oil– 1/3 cup tahini– 1/3 cup real maple syrup– 1 large egg– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract– 1 cup dark chocolate chunks, and/or chocolate chips– Sea salt

Heat the oven to 350°F. Parchment a baking sheet.

Mix oats, almond flour, baking soda, salt, coconut oil, tahini, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla in a bowl. Add chocolate chips/chunks.

The dough will be moist, so scoop tablespoon-sized balls. On prepared baking sheet, space 2 inches apart.

Bake 10-12 minutes till rims are brown but centre is still soft. Leave cookies on baking sheet to cool. Season with flaky salt. Eat warm (highly recommended) or chill and keep in an airtight jar for 5 days.
