These peanut butter white chocolate brownies are soft, crunchy, and tasty. With a hint of cinnamon, they're too good to resist!
INGREDIENT
– 1 & 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour– 1 teaspoon baking powder– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon– 1/2 teaspoon salt– 1 /2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled– 1 & 1/2 cups (300g) firmly packed light brown sugar– 1/2 cup (127g) creamy peanut butter– 2 large egg– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract– 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips or chunk
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8-inch square baking pan. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter by hand or with a medium-speed electric mixer. After adding each egg, mix well. Mix in vanilla.
Step 2
Lower mixer speed. Add flour mixture slowly, mixing just until combined. Add white chocolate chips.
Step 3
Evenly distribute batter in pan. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a pick inserted into the centre comes out with moist crumbs. Cut bars after the pan cools completely.
