Healthy Nutella Tiramisu Recipe

Nutella Tiramisu is nearly cheating because it's so easy and successful! Chocolate hazelnut mascarpone filling makes this Italian tiramisu delicious.

– 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream – 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese, room temperature – 1 cup Nutella – 7 ounce package ladyfinger – 12 ounces coffee, room temperature – 3 Tbsp Kahlua or Frangelico liqueur, optional – 2 Tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting), you can use sweetened or unsweetened cocoa powder. – 1/8 cup crushed hazelnuts, for topping



Cover the whole inside of a 9x5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, all the way to the top.

After whipping the heavy cream to soft peaks, mix in the room-temperature mascarpone and Nutella using a silicone spatula. Fold carefully until streak-free, then set aside.

Step 3

Before placing them in the prepared loaf pan, dip each ladyfinger cookie quickly in the coffee and liqueur mixture.

Step 4

Spread 1/3 of the Nutella mixture evenly over the ladyfingers. Place another layer of ladyfingers dipped in coffee and gently press down with a spatula.

Step 5

Repeat steps 4 and 5, then add a final layer of Nutella mixture, spreading it evenly and reaching the pan corners.

Step 6

Chill tiramisu overnight or at least 6 hours. Slice the tiramisu in the loaf pan or gently remove it and serve cold.
