Delicious No Bake Key Lime Parfaits Recipe 

No bake Key lime parfaits are a tangy, uncomplicated summer treat that can be made ahead and served cold.

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumb – 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted – 1 cup cold heavy cream – 12 ounces cream cheese – 1 cup sweetened condensed milk – 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice (or use regular lime juice) TOPPING – 1/2 cup heavy cream – 2 Tbsp confectioner's sugar – lime zest



Butter and graham cracker crumbs should be well mixed. I like using my fingers. Set aside. Whip heavy cream.

Right in my food processor. Process until cream is thick and firm. This won't take long; don't overwhip. Add cream cheese in bits and process until smooth.

Step 3

 Make a creamy mixture with sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Place 2 tablespoons of crumbs in 6 parfait glasses or jars. 

Step 4

Put 1/4 cup key lime mixture on top. Pour in 2 teaspoons additional crumbs and 1/4 cup more lime mixture.

Step 5

Keep parfaits covered and chilled until serving. I recommend 2 hours. Top parfaits with confectioner's sugar-whipped cream. Decorate with lime zest.
