Honey Butter Skillet Corn Recipe

Use frozen corn, honey, butter and cream cheese to make Honey Butter Skillet Corn in just 15 minutes! So sweet, creamy, and tasty.  

– 2 tablespoons butter I use salted – 2 tablespoons honey – 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn – 2 ounces cream cheese cut into chunk – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Set the pan over medium-high heat and melt the butter and honey in it.

Once the butter is melted, add the frozen corn and cook, turning every now and then, for 5 to 8 minutes, until the corn is fully cooked.

Salt and pepper should be added. Mix it all together, and then let it cook for three to five minutes, stirring every now and then.

Serve right away. When put in a jar with a lid and put in the fridge, leftovers last a long time.
