Homemade Spaetzle Recipe

Easily make butter-kissed German dumplings at home with this Homemade Spaetzle! Its simplicity and flavorful punch make it a comforting classic that will please everyone at the table! 

– 2 cups all-purpose flour – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon nutmeg – 6 large egg – ⅓ cup milk

Mix the milk and dry ingredients in the bowl to make a smooth batter. Batter should slowly drip off a whisk or spatula.
