Giant Magic Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Delicious and wrinkly. The best are these big brown butter Magic Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. Similar to a 7-layer oatmeal cookie bar. Rich, chocolatey, gooey! Brown butter, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, and peanuts produce a delicious cookie. Simply make these cookies in minutes. They're wonderfully simple and yummy! 

Ingredient

– 2 sticks (1 cup) salted butter – 3/4 cup light or dark brown sugar – 2 large eggs – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 2 teaspoons baking soda – 2 teaspoons baking powder –▢1/2 teaspoon kosher salt – 1 1/2 cups chopped chocolate chunks or chips – 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats – 1 cup sweetened or unsweetened coconut flakes – 1/2 cup roasted peanuts – 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, plus more for drizzling

Heat the oven to 350°F. Parchment a baking sheet.

Add butter to a medium-heat skillet. Cook until butter browns, 3–4 minutes. Off the heat and into a heatproof bowl. Allow 5 minutes to cool.

ix brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla into brown butter until smooth. Add flour, baking soda, powder, and salt. Mix in chocolate chips, oats, coconut and peanuts.

Pour in sweetened condensed milk and stir lightly. You should observe condensed milk streaks. Roll dough into 1/4-cup balls. On prepared baking sheet, space 3 inches apart.

Once flattened, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of condensed milk over each ball. After 8 minutes, rotate the pan and bake for 3-5 more minutes. After baking, sprinkle with 3–4 chocolate chips.

Leave cookies on baking sheet to cool. While on the baking pan, they will cook slightly. Eat warm (preferred) or chill and keep in an airtight jar for 4 days.
