Easy Stovetop Mac and Cheese

Simple, creamy stovetop mac and cheese made from scratch in 20 minutes in one pot! The flavour, creamy texture, and comfort food will delight your kids! As will you.  

8 ounce elbow macaroni 12 ounce evaporated milk 2 large eggs ¾ teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon hot sauce ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 4 tablespoon butter 10 ounce cheddar cheese

As directed on the package, boil the macaroni for 8 to 10 minutes, or until it's al dente.

In the meantime, whisk together the eggs, dry mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl along with the evaporated milk.

Refill the pot with the drained pasta. Stir in the egg/milk mixture after melting the butter.
