Without this Slow Cooker Lasagna recipe, it would be very hard to make lasagna for dinner. Just put everything in layers in the slow cooker, even the noodles that aren't cooked yet.
– 1 lb ground beef– 1 yellow onion finely– 3 cloves garlic– 2 jars (24 oz each) marinara pasta sauce– 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese– 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese– 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese– 1 large egg– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning– 1 teaspoon kosher salt– 1 teaspoon black pepper– 13-15 uncooked lasagna noodle

Cooking spray should be used on the inside of a 6 or 7-quart slow cooker. Crack the ground beef, onion, and garlic into a pan over medium-high heat.

Cook until the beef is no longer pink. Take the pan's extra grease out. The marinara sauce should be mixed in well. While you make the rest, let this mixture cook on low heat.

Add the egg, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, black pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese to a bowl. Stir in the ricotta cheese and the other half of the parmesan cheese.

Put The Lasagna On TopPut ¼ cup of the ground beef pasta sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker.

- For the first layer, put lasagna noodles on top of the sauce. Break the noodles up as needed to make an even layer.

- For the second layer, spread 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mix over the noodles.
- Add 1¼ cups of the ground beef pasta sauce on top of the third layer.

Put the lasagna noodles, the ricotta cheese mix, and the ground beef pasta sauce on top of each other until you get to the top layer of noodles.

Add the last layer of lasagna noodles and cover it with the rest of the ground beef pasta sauce.

Then, add the rest of the cheeses: the last half of the parmesan cheese and the last half of the mozzarella cheese.

You can choose how soft or al dente you want the noodles to be. Cover the crock pot and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
