Warm the oven up to 325° F. Spray cooking spray or line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper to get it ready.

To a large bowl, add the dry chocolate chip cookie mix and sugar cookie mix. Mix them together with a whisk.

Add eggs and softened butter. Beat a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or an electric hand mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes (increase speed as needed) to make smooth cookie dough.

Mix in 3/4 cup Easter M&Ms. Place the cookie dough in the pan and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup Easter m&ms on top.

Bake for 35–45 minutes until a toothpick comes out with crumbs (no wet batter) and the edges are set and golden brown. The centre should remain pale.
