– 9 oz boneless skinless chicken breast– 1 tablespoon of cooking oil – 1 teaspoon garlic – 1 cup fresh broccoli floret– ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger root– ½ cup of teriyaki sauce – 1-2 tablespoon scallions – 1 cup cooked rice for serving

Place the chicken and ¼ cup of teriyaki sauce into a small bowl. Give it a half hour to marinade.

Once the oil is hot, place a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken pieces until fully cooked.
