For a sweet treat that you can't resist, Cookies and Cream Blondies mix chocolatey, crunchy Oreos with chewy, brown sugar blondies.
INGREDIENT
-2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
-3/4 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 cup (200g) firmly packed light brown sugar
-1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
-2 large eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 & 1/2 cups roughly chopped Oreos (plus more for the top if you like)*
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and parchment paper a 9"x 13"x 2" baking pan. Feel free to skip the lining. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Add flour slowly, mixing until a few streaks remain. Mix in cookie pieces gently.
Step 2
Evenly distribute batter in pan. Optional: top with larger cookie

Bake 30–35 minutes until the bars are golden brown and a pick inserted into the centre comes out clean. After cooling on a wire rack, cut the blondies into bars.
