Deli Style Cold Roast Beef Sandwiches With Amazing Sauce

Cold Roast Beef Sandwiches are delicious and quick, made with sliced baguettes, creamy mayonnaise, rocket, truffle oil, thinly sliced roast beef, shaved Parmesan and chopped nuts. 

1 baguette or other 4-6 slices of medium-rare roast beef 2 ounce arugula 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon white truffle oil 2-3 tablespoons parmesan cheese 1-2 tablespoons pine nuts Salt Black crushed pepper 



Take the truffle oil and mayonnaise and thoroughly combine them until they are completely combined.

Toast the pine nuts in a pan over medium-high heat for about 3–4 minutes, or until the outsides become golden brown.

Cut the baguette in half, then equally distribute the truffle mayonnaise over the top and bottom buns.

Arugula should be layered on top of the baguette. Take the roast beef slices and add them.

On top, sprinkle some shaved parmesan cheese. Use pepper and salt to season the food.

Pine nuts that have been roasted should be used as a garnish. In order to fully appreciate the flavours, cut the sandwich in half.
