Cucumber Dill Salad

You can easily prepare this cool cucumber-dill salad at home to serve as a side dish at your next summer barbecue. 

– 2 English cucumbers  – ¼ cup red onion  – ¼ cup fresh dill  – ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil – 3 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar – 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon maple syrup – ½ teaspoon salt or to taste – A pinch of black pepper or to taste

The cucumber slices, dill, and red onion should be mixed together in a serving bowl.

A separate bowl or mason jar should be used to whisk the dressing ingredients.
