Crockpot Chicken Alfredo

For busy days or when you want something comforting and delicious without much effort, this Crockpot Chicken Alfredo recipe is perfect. It's one of those recipes you can start in the morning and finish with a delicious, impressive dinner. 

– 3 chicken breast – 1 cup chicken broth  – 2 cups heavy cream – 4 cloves garlic  – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – salt and pepper – 8 ounces pasta – 1½ cups Parmesan cheese – 2 tablespoons fresh parsley



Put chicken breasts in crockpot with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Top with minced garlic.

Pour chicken broth and heavy cream over chicken gently.Insufficient submersion of the chicken is fine.

Cook low for 5 hours covered. Stir in uncooked penne after 5 hours on low. Submerge it in liquid to cook evenly.

Keep cooking on low for another hour or high for 30 minutes. To ensure pasta tenderness, check at 30 minutes.

After cooking the pasta, gently shred the chicken and return it to the crockpot. Add Parmesan and mix well.

After adding the Parmesan cheese, thoroughly mix everything. After cooking, let the dish rest for a few minutes.

The flavours will blend together beautifully and it will become thicker. Add some chopped parsley to add some colour and freshness.
