The gluten-free slow cooker meatballs are delicate, tasty, and easy to make! When meatball cravings strike, make them an excellent appetiser or main dish!
For the Meatballs:– 2 lbs ground beef I use 80/20– 1 large egg– ½ cup gluten-free flour or bread crumbs*– 2 tsp onion powder– 2 tsp garlic powder– 1 tsp sea salt– ¼ tsp black pepper– ½ cup grated parmesan cheese optionalMeatball Sauce:**– 1 24-oz. jar quality pasta sauce– 4 cloves garlic minced– 1 28-oz. can crushed tomatoe– ½ cup fresh parsley– ½ cup fresh basil

Cleaning the slow cooker is easier with a light cooking spray. Stir the meatball ingredients in a bowl until fully mixed.

Put 24 meatballs on the slow cooker's bottom.Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker after mixing all the ingredients in a big basin.

Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 6-8. Over gluten-free pasta, sprinkle fresh parmesan and parsley on meatballs.

Keep leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days. Meatballs can be frozen for 3 months.
