Chocolate Glazed Donuts Recipe

These donuts are baked and coated with chocolate. They are soft donuts that have a chocolate glaze on top. No need for a mixer! 

Ingredient

– 2 cups All-purpose flour – 2 teaspoon Baking powder – ½ teaspoon Baking soda – 1 teaspoon Salt – Pinch of nutmeg – ⅔ cup White granulated sugar – 2 Large eggs room temperature – ½ cup Milk room temperature – ½ cup Sour cream room temperature or greek yogurt – 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter melted – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chip – 1 tablespoon Butter – ⅓ cup Milk

The oven should be preheated at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. A little coating of baking nonstick spray should be applied to two donut pans. Put away for later.

Place the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, a sprinkling of nutmeg, and sugar in a bowl of medium size and mix them together. Put away for later.

Put the eggs, milk, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla in a different bowl and mix them together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones. Do not beat the mixture too much.

Put donut batter in a piping bag. Pipe donut batter halfway into the pan. Do not overfill!Bake 9-11 minutes. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.

Donuts should be allowed to stay in the hot pan for ten minutes before being moved to a cooling rack to finish cooling until they are totally cold.

To a glass measuring cup or bowl, add chocolate chips, butter, and milk. Heat 20-second intervals until melted. Mix thoroughly between heats.

Put the glaze in a bowl. Cover the donut's top with the sauce. Put them on a wire rack. If you want to add sprinkles, do it while the glaze is still wet.
