Chili Garlic Chicken

Spice up weeknight dinners with my spicy Chilli Garlic Chicken, which pairs velvety chicken and noodles perfectly. This flavour explosion is easy to make at home. 

– 1 pound chicken breast – 1 egg white – 1 tablespoon cornstarch – 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine – salt and pepper – ¼ cup soy sauce – 2 tablespoons oyster sauce – 2 teaspoons fish sauce – 1 teaspoon brown sugar – 1 teaspoon cornstarch – 1 tablespoon water – 2 tablespoons vegetable oil – 4 cloves garlic – 2 red chillie – 1 medium red bell pepper  – 4 green onion – 7 ounces asian style noodle – fresh cilantro – lime wedge



Mix egg white, cornflour, shaoxing wine, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate the sliced chicken for 5–10 minutes.

Chilli garlic chicken process photos. Cook 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Chicken marinade should be drained. Chicken should be stir-fried until no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil, minced garlic, chopped chillies, and sliced bell pepper.
