Chili Cheese Dog Casserole Recipe

Cooking for a crowd and want to impress? If making this Chilli Cheese Dog Casserole for kids, you can make it spicy or mild. 

– ½ pound lean ground beef – ½ pound ground pork – 1 teaspoon chili powder – ½ teaspoon paprika – ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper – ½ teaspoon ground cumin – A pinch of salt or to taste – Black pepper to taste – 6 oz tomato paste – ½ cup ketchup – ¼ cup chicken or beef broth – 1 teaspoon dijon mustard – ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce



Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Oil for cooking should be sprayed into the baking dish. Put aside for later.

In a big skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground meat and cook, breaking up the meat, until it is well browned.

Meanwhile, grill and toast hot dogs and buns. Place the hot dogs in a baking dish and top with plenty of chilli.

Sprinkle cheese evenly and bake for 5 minutes to melt. Add toppings and serve warm.
