Chicken Pot Pie Pasta

This creamy one-pot Chicken Pot Pie Pasta tastes like chicken pot pie but is made in one pot and ready in under an hour! 

– 1 tablespoon butter  – 1 large onion  – 1 stalk celery – 1 medium carrot – 6 chicken thigh – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper – 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary – ½ cup white wine – 4 cups chicken broth – 12 ounces pasta  – 1 cup frozen pea – 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Use a large saucepan or Dutch oven to melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, celery, and carrot to the pot and cook for 5 minutes to soften.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken thighs in the pot. Continue cooking for 5–7 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.

Add flour to chicken and vegetables and stir. Cook for a minute, then add rosemary, white wine, chicken broth, and pasta.

Combine all of the ingredients by stirring them together, and then adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as required.

Add the frozen peas after the mixture has been cooking for fifteen minutes over medium-low heat, stirring it occasionally.

Stir everything together and cook for 5-10 minutes until pasta is done. Add fresh parsley and serve.
