Chicken Barbecue Pizza

Chicken barbecue pizza has shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, tomatoes, red onion, and cheese. Instead of rolling and baking pizza dough, use half-English muffins to make it in under 20 minutes! 

– ½ medium red onion  – Salt and pepper to taste – 5 English muffin – 2 ½ cup shredded chicken or rotisserie chicken – ¾ cup BBQ sauce – 10 oz Colby jack cheese – 1 medium tomato – ⅛ teaspoon Dried oregano and – A handful of fresh parsley for garnish

Combine chicken and barbecue sauce in a large bowl. Top cut English muffins with chicken, tomatoes, onions, and cheese on a baking tray.

Bake in an oven that has been preheated to 425 degrees Fahrenheit until the cheese has melted.

English muffins are thick enough to hold a lot of toppings, but if you're not sure, try making one and see how much it can withstand.

Once the internal temperature of the thickest part of the chicken reaches 165F, it is done.
