Brownie mix, Reese's miniature peanut butter cups, store-bought chocolate frosting, Oreo cookie crumbs, and Mike & Ike's dirt-shaped carrot candy make Carrot Patch Cookie Cups easy to make.
– Cookie Cup– 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour– 2 large egg– 1/3 cup vegetable oil– 1 tablespoon water– 36 Reese's Miniature Cups unwrapped– Carrot Patch Topping– 1 tub (16 oz) chocolate frosting– 8 Oreo cookies crushed & crumbled– Orange and green Mike & Ike's candy

Pre-heat the oven to 350℉. Spray the bottom and sides of a 24-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray, making sure to get each mini cup.

Add brownie mix, flour, eggs, oil, and water to a large bowl and mix with a handheld electric mixer. Blend until a thick batter forms, starting slow and increasing speed as needed.

Measure batter with a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop and pour into mini muffin pan. Carefully insert a Reese's miniature cup into each brownie cup.

Keep brownie batter on both sides of the peanut butter cup after pressing it in. Bake 8-10 minutes. Let the baking pan cool on a rack for 10 minutes after removing it from the oven.

Carefully remove the cookie cups from the pan to cool on a rack. While cookie cups cool, make carrot candies. First, slice a green Mike & Ike three times.

For a mini 'carrot', place a small green portion on an orange Mike & Ike. Repeat to cook as many carrots as desired. Make 108 carrots to fill each cup with three.

After cooling, gently pipe or spread chocolate frosting on each cookie cup. Add Oreo crumbs to the frosting.Finally, gently sink mini carrots into the chooclate 'dirt'
