Bean brownies that are moist, fudgy, and tasty! Healthy grain-free brownies? You wouldn't believe it!
INGREDIENT
– 1 14-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed– 2 egg– 1/3 cup raw cacao powder– ¾ cup coconut sugar*– 2 tablespoons avocado oil**– 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar***– ½ teaspoon baking powder– ½ teaspoon baking soda– 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules optional– ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut optional– 1 cup dark chocolate chips divided
Warm the oven up to 350 degrees F. Spray a little oil on the parchment paper and line an 8" x 8" baking pan with it.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the batter into a baking dish that has been lightly greased or lined with parchment paper. Add ½ cup of the chocolate chips and mix them in.
Step 2
Put brownies in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until they are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 3
Let brownies cool for 15 minutes before you cut them.
