Black Bean Brownies Recipe

Bean brownies that are moist, fudgy, and tasty! Healthy grain-free brownies? You wouldn't believe it! 

INGREDIENT

– 1 14-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed – 2 egg – 1/3 cup raw cacao powder – ¾ cup coconut sugar* – 2 tablespoons avocado oil** – 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar*** – ½ teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon baking soda – 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules optional – ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut optional – 1 cup dark chocolate chips divided

Warm the oven up to 350 degrees F. Spray a little oil on the parchment paper and line an 8" x 8" baking pan with it. 

Step 1

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the batter into a baking dish that has been lightly greased or lined with parchment paper. Add ½ cup of the chocolate chips and mix them in. 

Step 2

Put brownies in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until they are set and a toothpick comes out clean. 

Step 3

Let brownies cool for 15 minutes before you cut them.
