Best Tuna Salad Recipe

Start with a classic tuna salad to produce the Best Tuna Salad sandwich. Making it with canned tuna and creamy mayo is easy. Serve on toasted bread, lettuce, crackers, or grilled for a tuna melt sandwich. Definitely love this!   

– 4 cans (5 oz each) albacore tuna in water drained well & flaked – 3/4 cup mayonnaise – 1/3 cup very finely diced celery – 2 tablespoons very finely diced red onion – 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish – 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice – ½ teaspoon kosher salt – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Mix drained and flaked albacore tuna, mayo, sliced celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, kosher salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.

Blend well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate the bowl for 2 hours for optimal taste.

Serving Ideas: Sandwich between two slices of toasted bread, lettuce cups with Bibb or iceberg lettuce, tuna melt, open-faced sandwich, cucumber slices, or stuffed cherry tomatoes.
