Balsamic Pork Scallopini

– 4 pork cutlet – ½ cup all-purpose flour – ¼ cup olive oil – 1 medium onion  – ½ medium red bell pepper – 6 cloves garlic – 2 cups chicken broth – ½ cup basil  – 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar – salt and pepper – 16 ounce egg noodle – ½ cup heavy cream – ¼ cup Parmesan cheese  – 4 ounce cream cheese – 2 tablespoons butter – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – salt and pepper

Medium-high heat a large skillet with olive oil. Both sides of the pork cutlets should be well-browned.
