Amazing flourless banana brownies made with whole foods. Great for everyday, this egg-free vegan brownie recipe is delicious.
INGREDIENT
– 4 ripe bananas mashed (about 1.5 cups)– 1 cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter– 2 to 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup optional– ½ cup cocoa powder– ¼ tsp sea salt– ¼ cup chocolate chips optional
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8" x 8" square pan with parchment. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until creamy (you can leave them chunky if you don't mind).

INSTRUCTIONS
Add the remaining ingredients—peanut butter, pure maple syrup, cocoa powder, and sea salt—to the mixing bowl and stir until a thick brownie batter forms.
Step 2
If adding chocolate chips, mix them into the brownie batter. Pour batter into pan. Spread the batter evenly and top with chocolate chips if desired.
Step 3
Bake brownies until set, 20–25 minutes. Let brownies cool to room temperature before slicing and serving. You can sprinkle flaky sea salt or powdered sugar on them.
Step 4
For fun, serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (preferably sugar-free dairy-free).
